I see a message that I need to upgrade to Flash 7.
- Confirm that you have Flash 7 installed. If not, install it now.
- If you do have Flash 7 installed, press the F5 key when on the Live Draft page. In rare circumstances, a browser will mis-report the version of Flash. Refreshing usually corrects the issue as the browser will report the correct version.
- I've been seeing "Connecting to Server..." for an hour (ok, it just feels like an hour)
- Do you have a software firewall or anti-virus software running that may be blocking the live draft application? If so, allow the live draft application within the software firewall's settings.
- Are you at work or a hotel? Very large networks sometimes have a proxy server in place which filters all web traffic. Proxy servers do not allow a live connection to our servers and therefore you cannot connect in the live draft. To work around this, either use a non-proxied connection, such as dial-up Internet. * Note: We are working on an alternate connection option for people behind proxy servers. We don't have a reliable ETA for when that functionality will be available.
